ROLLING INGOTS
Aluminium slabs are among the most important and significant products in the aluminium industry. We therefore supply rolling ingots of the highest quality in various alloys, thicknesses, widths and lengths for a wide range of requirements, and also in homogenised condition on request.
We also offer slabs that are manufactured according to your requirements and needs.
We excel at great value to quality and sustainability and ensure that our rolling ingots meet the industry's usual quality standards. Our products set new standards in the primary ingot sector and meet the highest demands, particularly in terms of (vacuum) tightness, fineness of metal structure and grain size. For applications that require a high surface quality, we supply our specially developed alloy, which is characterised by its special anodising property.
MMG makes use of a very wide range of molds and produces slabs weighing up to 33 tonnes.
Our efficient logistics processes enable a prompt delivery of rolling ingots to customer locations throughout the world. We endeavour to work in partnership with our customers in order to continuously meet their demand for high-quality slabs.
Our portfolio includes rolling ingots based on both primary and secondary aluminium. This enables our customers to select the most suitable aluminium source for their applications.
By the use of recycled material (secondary aluminium) and primary aluminium (EcoLum*) from certified production, which is generated entirely with electricity from renewable energies, our slabs are at the forefront when it comes to climate protection. The use of secondary aluminium underlines our commitment to sustainability and the circular economy and our efforts to minimise emissions. We support our customers in reusing their metal waste. In our closed-loop partnerships, we cooperate with the customers to identify recycling streams and find a customised solution for each customer.
MMG supplies slabs with thicknesses from 378 to 1,100 mm, widths from 950 to 2,930 mm and lengths of up to 8,000 mm.
