COMPANY HISTORY

MMG is a family-owned company with a long tradition in the aluminium market and has managed to retain the character of a family business despite its transformation into a public limited company and its international activities.

1994

Foundation of MMG in April 1994 by Günter Strobel

1998

Transformation into a public limited company

2001

Foundation of our subsidiary MFT Metall-Form-Technik Kft. in Varpalota (Hungary) as a forging company

2014

Foundation of our subsidiary MFT Vertriebs GmbH in Mayen

2016/2017

Construction of the new company building in Eichenstraße 41 in Mayen and relocation in March 2017

2024

Celebration of the company's 30th anniversary in April 2024
